Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives the information required to process your purchase and provide a receipt under its own privacy policy.

If you arrive through a tagged campaign, the campaign parameters and landing page are kept in this browser session and may be carried into Stripe Checkout for order attribution. This does not include the certificate name, year, message or signature.

Before checkout, we store an order reference, Stripe session identifier, creation time and one-way hashes of private recovery keys. No certificate text is stored. A private recovery link is included in the Stripe payment description and the invoice provided with your payment email. Keep that link private because it can restore access to the purchased studio. Access is checked against the payment status, including full refunds.

Measurement

With your optional consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, campaign source, landing page, editor use, checkout starts, completed purchases and file downloads. If Meta advertising measurement is enabled, the same basic commerce events may be sent to Meta. We do not send the name, year or personal message you enter to either service.

Whether or not you allow optional analytics, a checkout may include the non-personal campaign labels already present in the link you opened, such as source, campaign and content. A necessary, private cookie lasts up to 30 days and lets this browser look up a recent payment if the return from Stripe is interrupted. Stripe receives a one-way reference, not the private cookie. Neither contains your certificate text. Clearing cookies removes this fallback; keep your private recovery link for longer-term access and other devices.

You can decline optional measurement in the choice shown on your first visit and change it later through Cookie settings. Your choice is stored in this browser. Necessary local storage keeps your unfinished certificate and private recovery link available on your device. The link restores studio access on another device; it does not transfer your unfinished certificate. Hashed anti-abuse identifiers limit checkout requests and are removed after 24 hours on subsequent checkout activity.
