What you receive

One purchase unlocks the GOOD SINCE Personal Studio in the browser where payment is confirmed. You may create unlimited personal certificates and download each one in the five advertised PDF and PNG formats. No physical item is shipped and no subscription is created.

Access and recovery

Access is stored locally in your browser. After payment, we provide a private recovery link that can restore access if browser data is cleared or if you move to another device. Anyone with that link may restore the purchase, so keep it private.

Immediate digital delivery

Before payment, you expressly request immediate access to the digital files and acknowledge that your right to withdraw ends once delivery begins. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing or downloading your files, contact us within 14 days. We will help restore access or provide a full refund if we cannot resolve the problem.

Personal use

You may create, print and share finished files as personal, non-commercial gifts. You may not resell certificates, provide a paid certificate-making service, or redistribute the templates, automated generator or unmodified design assets.
